Is it difficult to mount the testamur into the frame?
No.  Simply remove the backboard by bending flexi pins, insert testamur over mat board aperture, apply tape (supplied) across two top corners and reassemble.

I am at my ceremony, may I pick up the frame from here?
YES.  Arrangements can be made to pick up your frame from any University listed that we attend.

How long does it take to get the frame via online order?
Each frame is custom made and will be delivered within 2 - 4 weeks from receipt of your order. Any problems at all, you can contact  our customer service number -  03 5596 3503 or 0407 501 246.

How can I pay for the frame?
You can purchase by:

  • Pay by credit card online using our secure National Australia Bank Payment Gateway.      
  • Pay by credit card over the phone. Provide us with your phone number in the checkout process and we will ring you for your details. Note that a small fee applies for this service.
  • Pre-pay then collect at a ceremony at a participating University.

What if the glass is broken or the frame damaged?
Our shipping record is very impressive! If your frame is damaged in any way, please contact our customer service number on 03 5596 3503 or 0407 501 246 to discuss replacement as soon as possible.
