Custom made items
Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchange or refund on any custom made items (i.e. an item made specifically for you with particular sizes, colour choices other than those shown on the website or with your name /degree printed) unless the item is faulty, significantly different to the artwork approved prior to production, or where otherwise required by law.
We will not accept responsibility for errors in the information provided by customers. Although obvious errors may be detected, our system takes the information you provide directly into our software and cannot account for every variable. Please be sure to check colour choices, spelling of names etc thoroughly.
Is workmanship guaranteed?
Because we want you to display your item with pride, we guarantee workmanship and the quality of all materials used UNLESS CARE INSTRUCTIONS HAVE NOT BEEN FOLLOWED.
Please inspect your parcel immediately on its arrival and advise if damage is evident. We will require photographic evidence of any damage. Any component damaged in transit will be replaced at no cost to customer.
Return postage is at customer expense for any returning of an item for a refund. Refunds will only be given upon return of the item in original condition.
Claims for damage must be notified within 2 days of delivery.
